About the PVC extrusion production line,
    This production line of machinery is applied for making the led rope lights and strip lights.It supports two-time forming for rope lights and strip lights ,as well as one-time forming of strip lights.



Application:
The machines are mainly used in manufacturing insulation of Cat5, 5e, 6 Lan Cable with polyolefin and various UL Hook-up wires with PVC. The complete production line consits of pay-off, drawning, main extruder, control cabinet, printer, coiling, accumulator, capstan, take-up,as well as single/double reel pay-off, PLC control system, laser diameter gauge, core.
